Just Closed in Downtown Miami
This was a special one.
Just closed on this Downtown condo for my Buyer who relocated to Miami from Africa (Senegal to be exact!) about three years ago.
In 2018, I toured another Downtown condo and posted a picture of if on my Instagram. I received a message for several people asking for information on this building— but this client in specific told me she was relocating from Senegal to Miami for school.
Once she was in town— I took her and her mom (who was in town to get her baby situated) to the building and we found her a new home in Miami that same day.
We stayed in contact ever since and a couple months ago she messaged me that she was ready to purchase and here we are today. :)
They are so sweet to work with and at this point have become one of my dearest clients! My partner Kristy + I couldn’t be happier to have helped them purchase their first South Florida piece of real estate.
